Shopping and Information
We have tried to make your shopping as easy as possible. Therefore we have several methods for you to purchase our clothes:
- Online shopping with your VISA or Master Card.
- Order online and direct debit into our bank account. Account no. 123171 0149866 00.
- Order online and send us a cheque
We will email you confirmation of your order immediately, and keep you updated on the status of your order. You can also track your order through your account.
At his stage we only accept orders from New Zealand and Australia for delivery within New Zealand or Australia, and will only deliver to your home address. All prices are in NZD and include GST.
100% Satisfaction Guarantee
Snooky prides itself on producing the highest quality and excellent service. If you are not 100% satisfied with your garment, simply return it within 14 days and we will either give you a full refund or replace the garment. Return to Snooky, 15 Bongard Rd, Mission Bay, Auckland, 1071. Enclose your full name, receipt, reason for returning and request for refund or replacement. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are as follows:
- Within New Zealand - Standard Post A4 Envelope $2.00 (for two or less items, please), or
- Within New Zealand - Courier $3.00.
- Within Australia - Air Mail $6.00
Allow 2-5 working days for delivery within New Zealand via Courier, 7 working days for delivery via Standard Post. Allow 5-10 working days for delivery within Australia.
Delivery charges cover packaging, delivery and insurance (exception, no insurance for NZ standard post). Please note we cannot send Courier parcels to PO Box addresses.

Availability
All orders are subject to availability. All sold out items will have ‘sold out’ displayed under them, please check our site again in the near future. However it is possible that an item you purchased on the site is not in stock, our Customer Service operator will contact you promptly if this happens, and your credit card will not be charged.
Law and Jurisdiction
This website and any contract for your purchase from Snooky Clothing Ltd ("Snooky") is governed by and has to be interpreted under the Law of New Zealand, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts. International customers are responsible for duty and legal requirements associated with purchases from Snooky.
